All orders are delivered by our partners Bpost and DPD directly to the delivery address you provided when placing the order. You can also have your order delivered to a Mondial Relay point or locker. If it is a gift, you can also have the package delivered directly to the recipient.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery incident resulting from an error in entering your name or address when validating your order. Therefore, we invite you to provide your complete address with particular attention to the apartment or box number.
All orders returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or non-collection by the customer within the period allowed by the carrier will be cancelled. We will automatically refund the amount paid, minus the shipping costs (including if they were offered), return costs, and administrative fees, with a minimum of €10.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Our partner Bpost usually delivers within 24 hours (in Belgium) from the time the package is collected, excluding exceptional overloads and force majeure. For other countries, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 days. However, we are not responsible for the actual delivery time of your package.

Of course. Simply provide the address where you want your order delivered during the checkout process. You can have your order delivered to your workplace, a neighbour's house, or directly to the person you wish to give it to.
However, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been validated.
Yes, when we ship your order, you will receive an email with information to track your package. Please contact our customer service to obtain the tracking number of your package.
If you are absent during the delivery attempt, Bpost will redirect your package to a nearby pickup point (or according to your preferences if you have registered them on the bpost.be website). You will then have 14* days to collect the package from the pickup point where it was deposited. (*Please check the carrier's website as storage times may vary.)
For delivery addresses outside Belgium, the procedure in case of absence during the delivery attempt depends on the local carrier. We invite you to contact them directly.
If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs, including if they were initially offered, with a minimum of €10.
